Ja. De siste årene. Stemmer. Det er jo kanskje litt mer day to day med artister. Ja. Riktig. Så nå satt jeg alt på cage. Ja. Semiprofessionell karriere cage. Ja, funket det? Nei. Inntil videre. Nei, nei, men... Grow står for grind and own. Ja, vi prater mye under podcasten her. Ja. Ja. Verket sitt i kanskje publishing. Publishing-byten sin. Ja. For å bare få ut min frustrasjon. To gutter fra antirasistisk senter. Hva funker for oss? Ja. Altså, med erfaringen til å være 40. Ja. Altså, virkelig. Det er, og du har fått kid også. Ja, to. To kids? To kids. 28 år? Ja, 29, 29. Nei, du vet, alt skjer i riktig tid. God råd fra Manuel her. Ja. Og liksom mover ingenting fremover. Mm. Ja. For liksom, på en måte at de tror de bygger fundamentet den veien, da. Ja. Men får du en svær låt, out of the gate. Hva skal du gjøre? Du kan jo ikke trekke den. Man må gjøre smarte ting underveis. Ja. Madcon banet vei for oss. De gjorde reisen lettere. Carpe Diem gjorde reisen lettere. Mm. Mm. Og så hopper en eller annen A&R på den. Mm. Og så er det bare sånn A&Rs i Norge, nå hva er det de gjør? Mm. Mm. Liksom som bare, hei, wow, for en track record. Mm. Ikke sant? Jeg vet ikke. Jeg... Jeg er ikke imponert over nivået. Mm. Mm. At det kommer flere minoriteter i posisjoner. Mm.
